Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@petpalaccessories.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us with any questions.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want, return the original item (once accepted) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria.

Refunds

Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
